Mermaid and Her Little Friend
Both in the same pattern
This
is the first pattern I have offered with a colored picture
on the front. I have fought the idea for years, because it
tends to squash doll makers' creativity, soooo....there are
2 Melody's pictured, neither in "fishy" shades!
Melody is about 22" total length, about 11" sitting height.
Little Melody, the pin doll is about 7" long.
Melody has a lovely curved tail and can be weighted if desired.
She has my exclusive turning head and has sewn on arms so
she can lean back in a relaxed pose. Her lovely face is easy
to do, with paint and/or Gel pens. Her hair is simple and
flowing. Little Melody has a painted lower body/tail and is
an easy to make pin doll.
